Job DescriptionThe Process Improvement and Documentation Specialist for HR Administration is responsible for analyzing and evaluating processes as well as developing, maintaining, and improving process documentation to support operational efficiency and compliance within the Human Resources division. This role ensures that all HR procedures and workflows align with policies, are accurately documented and accessible to HR team members and relevant stakeholders. The specialist will collaborate closely with various HR units and subject matter experts, to support continuous improvement initiatives and streamline documentation practices.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Working experience in process documentation, operations, or similar roles.
- Experience in HR Operations with an understanding of benefits, employee administration, payroll, compliance and other HR functions.
- Proven ability to create detailed documentation (including process maps) for complex workflows.
- Experience managing projects, including planning, execution and tracking outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in an HR environment or familiarity with HR processes (Benefits, Employee Administration, HR Operations).
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or other related HR data platforms.
- Experience with AI or automation tools utilized in HR operations.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading process improvement initiatives.
- Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
